Whether you are just starting out or an established business, we work with all types of individuals, businesses and trusts to meet their needs, simplify the complexity of the tax code, and seek to minimize the impact of an overly taxed society. 

Business Advisory

We help our clients by coming alongside them in their business venture. Your relationship with your CPA should not be just a one time a year event, but can be an ongoing relationship with planning and assistance in ensuring you are proactive in tax planning, business decisions and long term objectives. To that end, we provide part time Controller and part time CFO services for select clientele.

Special Services

We offer a variety of services in addition to tax preparation, planning and business advisory. These services include cost segregation studies on real property for accelerated depreciation benefits, business valuations and for select clientele, some attest services such as compilations, reviews, and agreed-upon procedures.

Keith Dimeler, CPA

Keith Dimeler, CPA

Owner & Accountant

Keith Dimeler, CPA

Keith Dimeler grew up in Florida, and graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Finance. Then he crossed the country, discovered the wonders of the Northwest, and stayed. He lived in Moscow, Idaho for 15 years and gained indispensable experience working for small businesses, including owning and running a successful mortgage broker practice.

After obtaining his Master’s Degree in Accountancy from the University of Idaho in 2011, he moved to Spokane to work for a large regional accounting firm and became a CPA.

After working with three accounting firms in the area, he formed Dimeler & Associates PLLC in 2017. He has over 11 years of experience providing tax, accounting, and business consultation services to a variety of individuals and businesses. In his free time, Keith enjoys golfing, hiking, and biking with his family and participating in his local community.

Kendra Tate

Kendra Tate

Staff Accountant

Kendra grew up in Dallas, Texas and graduated high school in Portland, Oregon while already earning the role of Office Manager of a leading retail appliance business. Shortly after, she got married and for the next 19 years, redirected her managerial and administrative skills toward her family.

Kendra and her husband have eight children and three grandchildren. She joined Dimeler & Associates in December 2022 part-time as a bookkeeper and administrative support staff. She has experience as an office manager, bookkeeping and payroll. Her attention to detail and organizational skills, along with her willingness to learn has made her a great asset to our team.

She has impressive vegetable and flower gardens which she greatly enjoys cultivating and loves opening her home to offer rest, peace, and laughter.

Admin, Bookkeeping & Payroll Manager

Le Ann grew up in Ione, Washington. After graduating from High School, she headed off to the International Air Academy to pursue her dream in the Travel and Tourism industry. While holding many positions in the airline industry, she learned some Human Resources and Accounting skills, which proved helpful when she decided she wanted to move out of the Seattle area. Le Ann received an opportunity to head north to Alaska, where she worked for 6 years in the Mining, and Industrial side of things in both Human Resources and Accounting. After having her son, she realized she desired to return to Eastern Washington. Le Ann joined Dimeler & Associates as an independent contractor in December of 2020 and switched over as a full-time employee in September 2021.
Le Ann and her son have been in Spokane Valley since 2010 and are both very involved with their church. They both enjoy camping, traveling, and being outdoors as much as they can.

Kathy Ott

Staff Accountant

Kathy Ott grew up in Tekoa, Washington. Shortly after graduating from High School, she headed to Benedictine college located in Atchison, Kansas. After earning her Bachelor of Arts degree, she returned to the Northwest and eventually settled in Spokane. Kathy has been a part of the small private business sector since 1999. She has experience as an office manager, accounts receivable, accounts payable, insurance billing, and bookkeeping. Kathy joined Dimeler & Associated in April of 2022. Since joining the team at Dimeler & Associates she has quickly increased her knowledge in
bookkeeping and in the use of multiple accounting software programs.
Kathy and her husband Dan enjoy camping, biking, remodeling projects, and watching their two children play soccer and basketball.

Jeremiah Jasso, CPA

Jeremiah Jasso, CPA

Tax Supervisor

Jeremiah Jasso was born and raised in Colorado and graduated from MSU Denver with a degree in Accounting. Jeremiah’s experience as a CPA ranges from working in the Big 4 to working at smaller regional firms. After gaining valuable experience in both Tax and Audit, Jeremiah decided to make a home in the tax field. Having spent 5 years learning different aspects of the CPA world, Jeremiah enjoys taking on challenges that allow him to deploy his diverse skill set. In 2021, Jeremiah uprooted his family and moved to the Inland Northwest.  Shortly after, he started working for Dimeler & Associates PLLC and has enjoyed it ever since. Currently, Jeremiah lives on the beautiful Palouse and works out of the Moscow office.

Above all, Jeremiah is a husband and a father and enjoys spending time with his wife and children. For fun, Jeremiah likes to fly-fish, hunt, hike, write and read.

Scott Hurlbert, CPA

Scott Hurlbert, CPA

Manager

Scott Hurlbert grew up in Eastern Washington and graduated from the University of Idaho with a degree in Accounting. He knows the beauty and wonders of the Northwest and always returns. He lived in Washington, Southern California, Idaho, and Northern Indiana. He currently resides in Coeur D Alene.

He started his accounting career in Moscow, Idaho working for regional firms. His focus was on taxation issues, payroll, and small business consulting. He also learned governmental, not for profit auditing, and compliance audit techniques. In Indiana, he gained additional audit experience working for larger, global firms. He audited many different entities including manufacturing, retail dealerships (automotive), government, not-for-profits, and compliance audits. Upon his return to the Northwest, he has focused on small business, taxation (including ex-patriot requirements), consulting, and Not-for-Profit services.

Scott earned his master’s degree in accountancy from the University of Idaho in 2010 and became a CPA within his first year. In his free time, Scott enjoys fishing, golfing, fun with his family and participating in his local community.
